DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY
We offer the following delivery options:

Standard – £6.50 flat rate (courier) – excluding large/bulky items such as furniture and basins.
​
Collection – you can collect in person from our London store. Just choose 'Pick up' at checkout. We're open for collection Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm.
Rest of World – if we don't currently ship to your address/country, please contact us and we will quote a delivery cost.
Handling time – orders will be shipped same day if you order before 1pm, or next day if ordering after 1pm.
Furniture/large items – please note lead times on item description for furniture being made to order. Large items require a longer handling time. Please contact us for further information on lead times and courier costs.
RETURNS
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.
Refunds - refunds will be processed once the item has been received by Provision.
Exchanges - refunds will be processed once the original item has been received by Provision. Before returning for exchange, please email us so we can confirm availability of your preferred item.
